What Is Your True Color?

Have you ever wondered about your own personality style? Are there people in your life you would like to get along or understand better? Would you like to find out more about how others may see you? Have you ever felt like you heard but maybe not understood? If these questions resonate with you, The True Color workshop explores these questions to supplement your capacity in leadership roles.

puzzleThis workshop helps you discover how to personify your personality style in a way that can help you and others understand one another in a framework of personality types. The assessment will allow you discover if you are Blue, Green, Gold or Orange, each with a unique expertise and experience. Through this workshop, you may be able to enhance your understanding of your own strengths, challenges, and perspectives that people may have of you and much more. Further, this session aims to help you enhance your leadership skills in terms of effective communication based on personality styles.

What colors are more introverted or extroverted? What color is better with task oriented work? What colors need excitement to be invested in the work? All will be learned during the workshop.

All skills learned in this workshop will be transferable into various aspects of your life which will only help you succeed in better communicating who you are to the world.
